The Queensland Choir  has had a wonderful year of concerts in 2013 including a performance for Anzac Day, concerts for the re-opening of City Hall, a fabulous performance of Carmina Burana, wonderfully supported concerts in the historic halls of Sandgate and Wynnum and two great concerts in City Hall. The Opera Favourites Concert with the Queensland University Choral Society was a great success and Brisbane Sings Messiah was a fabulous night for singers and audience alike.

We are finalising our program for 2014 and it will follow similar lines to that of 2013 featuring music by Vivaldi, Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Verdi, Wagner, Elgar and others. We will be performing with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and our concerts will be in QPAC, Courier-Mail Piazza in Southbank, Old Museum, St John's Cathedral and suburban Town Halls.

The call for singers for all parts is out and information on auditions is now available. We have a particular need for Sopranos. We would love you to join us.

Download an AUDITION INFORMATION SHEET and a REGISTRATION FORM for audition and contact us about making a time on one of the days that suits you.
